Is a printed poster included in the $25 price?+

No. The $25 covers your personalized digital poster design and final high-resolution files. You arrange and pay for printing separately at the local printer of your choice.

How quickly will I receive my design?+

Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours after all personalization details are confirmed. Timing may vary for especially detailed requests.

Can I request a design that isn’t in the gallery?+

Absolutely. Military milestones are our specialty, and custom requests for birthdays, graduations, retirements, holidays, and other celebrations are welcome.

What size can I print?+

The standard design is prepared for a 20 × 30 inch poster. Ask about another size when ordering so the file can be prepared correctly.

Will I see the design before it is final?+

Yes. You’ll receive a proof to review before the final high-resolution files are delivered.
